The Two of Swords, one of my favorite cards. Isn't she beautiful. What do you think of her? Does she appear to be afraid or in distress, considering she has her swords crossed in front of her and is wearing a blindfold?
Even though that's what this imagery could say, it's not the case at all. Look closer. Do you see how confident she is? How steady she holds the swords? How calmly she stands while being unable to "see" with her physical eyes what surrounds her. How serene her expression appears.
The Two of Swords represents the juncture directly before a decision is made, the moment that clarity is revealed to you. That flash of time when the two options lay before you and you concretely come to the conclusion and make your decision. The Two of Swords is that very quick space in time when your decision becomes apparent and you no longer have to wonder, or struggle with, what you should do.
Very often the Swords suite can bring to the surface issues that aren't easy to discuss or face. However, the Two of Swords is one of my most favored cards because she is the confidence in a choice, she is your truth revealed.
